Abstract

In the highly global competitive digital market, wide innovate competition and rapid changes, we are facing with scattered information to handle them in order to satisfy the customer needs and to rise the profit for the company. To follow the market and to stay competitive, it is necessary to have easily adaptable information system to new technologies. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based for online retail is customer oriented system, and ultimate purpose is to increase profit, reduces cost and manage the information in one place by providing a better service to the customers. The main contribution in this paper is to design a CRM- based on-line retailing system that is implemented in Autotask, system for Complete IT Business Management Solution with customer, improvement in customer satisfaction, increased customer loyalty, and increased revenue for the company.
