Cloud computing is emerging computer paradigm where computing, storage and networking utilities are offered mainly to the business community. In this paper we use cloud computing in developing and simulating routing protocols. The benefit of simulating in the cloud is twofold: it provides hardware independence for the underlying test environment, in addition to better methods for monitoring the performance of the protocol.
