Frequency of software projects in banks significantly increases needs for its proper managements. Requirements management (RM) provides an interface between all others developments activities in Requirements Engineering (RE). Very important part of RM is identifying stakeholders. This paper presents the problems and negative outcomes due to inadequate identifying of stakeholders in RM process of one project in case bank, hereinafter referred to as: MN bank.
