Abstract

The paper reports on a new approach towards solving difficult problems in life which are potentially solvable by an individual alone. Such a wellknown problem is the tendency towards obesity and many individuals face this problem. The approach taken in this work is dealing with achievement motivation for obesity avoidance rather than only with the obesity itself. The population considered is children ages 11-14. The method used is the counseling method which includes an EEG-based psychokinesis capability of a child. EEGbased psychokinesis ability is observed in a task of a control of the movement of a robot by willingly generated change of the EEG. Initial results are reported in this paper.
